If the computer \u201cfreezes\u201d during startup or you see a flashing question mark:<\/p>\n

- Turn off system extensions.<\/li>\n
- Start up your computer while holding down the Shift key.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
If that doesn\u2019t work, start up using the software install CD:<\/p>\n
