Move measures movement toward a calorie goal. Exercise measures exercise toward a time goal. Stand encourages you to stand for at least one minute every hour over 12 hours. Users can choose whether to include <em>Activity in Glances<\/em>, whether to choose which reminders show, goal completions, achievements you receive.
