What if SpaceX bought Globalstar?<\/h2>\n

Some of Apple\u2019s planned innovations would require upgrades to Globalstar\u2019s infrastructure, its satellite partner. However, Mark Gurman notes that Apple would help finance these improvements.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, there are also rumors suggesting a possible acquisition of Globalstar by SpaceX (the company behind the Starlink service). Such a buyout could complicate things for Apple, but it might also open the door to a direct collaboration between Apple and Starlink.<\/p>\n
