Is the Galaxy Z TriFold a flop? Not exactly. Priced at $2,899, the device was a niche product. However, the Korean news agency Yonhap reported that it enjoyed \u201cstrong popularity.\u201d Still, sources told Yonhap that Samsung decided to stop sales due to high production costs, compounded by the shortage of RAM. Other sources suggested that Samsung\u2019s true intention from the start was to demonstrate a technological feat rather than mass-produce this triple-folding smartphone.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Bloomberg recalls that a month ago, during an interview, Choi Won\u2011joon, Head of Operations in Samsung\u2019s Mobile Experience Division, said Samsung had not yet decided whether there would be a successor to the Galaxy Z TriFold.
