  • Microsoft Surface Pro 3 Mid 2014 is incredible – I’ve been experiencing my worst ever nightmares with this tablet. Terrible performance for this class of device. No response from the keyboard or mouse or touch screen, just like that freezes on its own. After few secs, some time 30 seconds it will come back to live/action only to see it freezing back again. I never thought I would regret purchasing such an high-end, expensive device. Their Support is terrible as they abruptly disconnect, and every time you have to explain the whole thing again to next CS/Support officer. Even after I give my serial no, they are unable to find out details from their support system.
