MacBook Pro (13-Inch and 15-Inch, Mid 2017)

MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2017), as well as MacBook Pro (15-inch, Mid 2017) are the subnotebooks engineered, designed and manufactured by Apple. In design they copy the MacBook Pro (13-inch, Late 2016) and MacBook Pro (15-inch, Late 2016), a thin machined aluminum case with Retina display. The entry level 13-inch MacBook Pro features no Touch Bar.

MacBook Pro (13-Inch and 15-Inch, Mid 2017)

Both MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2017) and MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid/Touch Bar 2017) models ares powered with a dual core Intel Core i5 Kaby Lake and Intel Iris Plus Graphics 640 graphic core. They feature 8GB of non-upgradeable RAM, a 128GB solid-state drive (SSD). There are iterations with 256GB, 512GB and 1TB SSD.

MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2017) has an inbuilt FaceTime HD (720p) and two stereo speakers placed under the keyboard for multimedia. The wireless embraces Bluetooth 4.2 and AirPort Extreme (802.11a/b/g/n/ac). The connectivity includes 2 Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) ports, DisplayPort 1.2, USB 3.1 gen 2.

MacBook Pro (15-inch, Mid 2017) with Touch Bar is the top level laptop with two iteration according to the speed of the CPU installed. Both iterations have build-to-order options as well which makes it four iterations in fact. MacBook Pro (15-Inch, Mid 2017) with Touch Bar from the box is powered with a quad-core 2.8GHz quad-core Intel Core i7 Kaby Lake or a quad-core 2.9GHz quad-core Intel Core i7 Kaby Lake. See the optional CPUs in the Specifications below. The laptop features discrete graphic cards on Radeon chipset: AMD Radeon Pro 555 or 560 with either 2GB or 4GB of GDDR5 memory. The storage options include 512GB, 1TB SSD and 2TB SSD.
