Finnish retailer Giganti has revealed the start date for the sales of the reincarnated Nokia 3210 phone: the 2024 model with an integrated LTE modem will be available for pre-order on May 8th, and open retail sales will start on May 15th. The cost of the device has been confirmed to be 89 euros.
The Nokia 3210 2024 will feature a 2.4-inch IPS screen with a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels, a Unisoc T107 SoC, a 2-megapixel camera, support for microSD memory cards up to 32 GB, a Bluetooth 5.0 adapter, a USB-C port, and a standard headphone jack. The capacity of the removable battery will be 1450 mAh.
After numerous leaks, HMD Global officially introduced the Nokia 3210 (2024), a reboot of the classic model from 25 years ago, with modern updates.
As a reminder, HMD Global previously introduced three other button phones from Nokia — the Nokia 215, 225, and 235 — priced from 59 to 79 euros. The Nokia 3210 (2024) shares many characteristics with these models but stands out with its familiar design and unique choice of colors: Grunge Black, Y2K Gold, and Subba Blue.
The Nokia 3210 (2024) 4G with FM radio, MP3 player, ‘Snake’, and YouTube Shorts has been introduced.
This button phone is already available for 89 euros in Germany, Spain, and the United Kingdom, and will later appear in other regions and countries, including the EU, Africa, India, the Middle East, and some Asia-Pacific countries.
The new Nokia 3210 is equipped with a 2.4-inch TFT display with QVGA resolution. It features a 2 MP main camera with an LED flash. The phone runs on the S30+ system and is equipped with a Unisoc T107 chipset, 64 MB of RAM, and 128 MB of built-in flash memory, which can be expanded up to 32 GB with a microSD card.
The Nokia 3210 (2024) 4G with FM radio, MP3 player, ‘Snake’, and YouTube Shorts has been introduced.
The device supports Bluetooth 5.0, has a 3.5 mm headphone jack, and a USB-C for charging. The phone is equipped with a removable 1450 mAh battery, capable of providing up to 9.8 hours of talk time. The phone also received an FM radio, MP3 player, and the classic ‘Snake’ game, access to cloud applications, including YouTube Shorts, news, and weather forecasts.
HMD Global has also introduced three button phones under the Nokia brand. The new releases support 4G networks and are designated with the indices 215, 225, and 235. The core components of all three are identical: Unisoc T107 chipset, Series S30+ platform, and a removable 1450 mAh battery. Additionally, the new models offer an FM radio that works without headphones, Bluetooth 5.0, and a USB Type-C port for charging. In some regions (Africa, India, the Middle East, Southeast Asia), the operating system will receive support for “cloud” applications, among which you can find the YouTube Shorts service and a few simple games.
The differences between the models are hidden in the details. The younger 215 and the older 235 have a 2.8-inch TFT screen with a resolution of 240×320 pixels, while the middle 225 is content with a 2.4-inch display. There are also differences in the cameras: the 215 does not have one at all (though the flashlight remains in place), the 225 has a 0.3 MP module installed, and the 235 boasts a 2 MP sensor.
The Nokia 215 4G will be available in black, dark blue, and peach colors. The Nokia 225 4G will offer customers pink and dark blue colors. The Nokia 235 4G, in turn, will have black, blue, and purple variations. The expected price of the phones in Europe will be 59, 69, and 79 euros respectively. The cost of the new products in other countries is not reported.
