Apple is reportedly preparing a new affordable iPhone model known as the iPhone SE 4 for mid-2025, aiming to become an attractive option for those seeking a more accessible device without sacrificing the quality and technology that characterize the brand.
According to recent reports from Thomas O’Malley, an analyst at Barclays, the iPhone SE 4 would integrate advanced features that put it on par with more recent models, such as the adoption of Face ID, an OLED screen, and a design similar to the iPhone 14, with a price that could be under $500.
It would also be equipped with a next-generation chip and an improved camera, making it an attractive offer for both Apple users and those considering switching from Android to iOS. Here are the main questions about this device that is already generating expectations.
The new iPhone SE 4 would mark a significant change from its predecessors by adopting a design inspired by the iPhone 14, according to rumors.
This means that Apple would leave behind the classic home button and Touch ID, features of previous SE models, to implement the Face ID facial recognition system.
