Miscellanea
- The iSight webcam had been renamed FaceTime HD camera to highlight the fact that it supports the Apple FaceTime video telephone application. The webcam has two modes: the landscape mode and the cropped version of it – the portrait mode.
- By default, FaceTime HD cam broadcasts in portrait mode. Unfortunately, the webcam doesn’t support HD in this mode, so a user has to switch to the landscape to get proper HD video the webcam moniker suggests.
