Apple iMac Pro 1,1 (27-Inch, Late 2017)
The standard baseline model of the iMac Pro 1,1 (27-inch, Late 2017) – priced at $4,999 – offers its consumer a 27-inch 5K Retina display, 8-core Intel Xeon W processor, AMD Radeon Vega 56 graphics, 32GB of ECC memory and a 1TB SSD.
A configure-to-order version of the iMac Pro features a 10-core Xeon W CPU, AMD Vega 64 graphics, 64GB of high-bandwidth memory and 2TB SSD, costing the potential customer an additional $3,000.
At its high-end price of $13,199, the user is offered an 18-core Intel Xeon W processor, the same AMD Radeon Vega 64 GPU, 128GB of RAM and 4TB of SSD storage.
Judging from its exterior, the iMac Pro 1,1 (27-inch, Late 2017) model is almost identical to the previously introduced 27-inch Mac, except offered in the Space Gray colorway. However, that is where the similarities between the two end. The iMac Pro 1,1 (27-Inch, Late 2017) stands far apart from all its predecessors not only due to its far advanced internal factors, but also the differences in its connectivity and mounting options.

Special Features
- The iMac Pro 1,1 (27-inch, Late 2017) is configured with the new AMD Radeon Pro Vega chipsets.
Starting with 32 GB of 2666MHz DDR4 ECC memory, the computer can be advanced to 64 or 128 GB – twice the amount on the standard iMac. - Unlike its MacBook equivalent, the iMac’s engineers did not take the plunge to entirely replace its standard USB ports with their Thunderbolt 3 equivalents. In fact, the iMac Pro features both side-by-side.
- The iMac Pro also exhibits an improved 1080p FaceTime HD camera, paired with an advanced microphone system.
Miscellaneous
- While having been positively acknowledged as an extremely capable and powerful computer, the iMac’s lack of upgradeability is pointed out by the majority of the reviewers.
