The Mac Mini is shipped without a display, keyboard, or mouse, as Apple markets it as BYODKM (Bring Your Own Display, Keyboard, and Mouse). In the case of Mac Mini the opportunity is offered to the user to save money by using an existing non-Apple monitor.

The Mac mini is Apple’s lowest-cost model. This computer was announced on January 10, 2005. When Mac Mini appeared, its primary market was centered on users switching from a PC to a Mac who might already own a compatible display, keyboard and mouse. Besides, these accessories could be easily purchased. Anyway the most notable features of this computer is its small size. What this computer lacks in stature, it doesn’t lack in performance, offering much the same specifications as the MacBook. Anyway, it’s a great choice for PC owners looking to put a Mac computer on their desk.
