You’ll find on these pages everything about iPhone, a line of smartphones designed and marketed by Apple Inc and which run iOS mobile operating system.

Apple’s iPhone

The iPhone’s interface is built around the multi-touch screen which includes a virtual keyboard. The iPhone has Wi-Fi and can connect to cellular networks and thus browse the Web and use email features. It can take pictures, shoot video and play music. Other iPhone’s functions include GPS navigation, possibility to perform mathematical calculations, receive visual voicemail and more.Many other features can be added by downloading application programs, better known as apps, which will allow user to play games, be part of social networks, etc. iPhone apps can be installed from the App Store synced from iTunes, or by using the third party installers for the apps not authorized by Apple). You’ll need an Apple ID to use the App Store or iTunes.

iPhone 1st Generation

The Apple iPhone 1st Generation (the original iPhone, EDGE, iPhone 1,1) combines mobile phone, Internet communications, iPod and other functionalities. The original iPhone introduced a multi-touch interface (control of the functions by dragging fingeracross the glass display). iPhone 3G

The iPhone 3G (iPhone 1,2) is the second generation of iPhones, combaining mobile phone, iPod, Internet functionalities. This smartphone is similar to its predecessor iPhone 1.1 (iPhone original), However, this model includes new hardware features, such as GPS, 3G data, push email, turn-by-turn navigation, tri-band UMTS/HSDPA. iPhone 4

The iPhone 4 is the 4th generation of Apple’s famous smartphone. It is described as having introduced the most changes since the release of the original iPhone. Just as its predecessors, it combines the functions of a mobile phone, an iPod, Internet communications and many others. Compared to the iPhone’s previous generations, the 4th generation is presented with a sleeker, more angular design. Besides the differences in the iPhone’s external characteristics, it introduces new features, such as an additional front-facing VGA camera, additional DRAM supports – due to which an increased performance and multi-tasking are possible -, and an “Apple A4” processor, just to mention a few. iPhone 5

The iPhone 5 is the sixth generation of the iPhone. This version of the iPhone has introduced great design changes, including a lighter body and a taller screen. The iPhone 5 introduced features that were not presented on the iPhone’s previous generations, for instance, LTE support, Lightning and a new, more compact, version of the dock connector. (more…)

iPhone 4s

The iPhone 4s is the fifth generation of Apple’s smartphone. While no differences to the phone’s external characteristics were made, this version of the iPhone released a year later after its very successful predecessor introduced a few changes tp the 4s version compared to the iPhone 4, including increased battery life, extended wireless connectivity and a more powerful dual­core processor. iPhone 4 GSM Revision A

This version of the iPhone was introduced after the discontinuation of the original iPhone 4. The new model offered more of a lower-end take on the iPhone 4 with a memory of 8 GB. Being very similar to the original model, the iPhone 4 Revision A still offers some unique identifiers. (more…)

iPhone 6

The iPhone 6 is the successor to Apple’s previous smartphone models the iPhone 5c and the iPhone 5s. The new model, which included numerous changes, set several sales records and was extremely successful with the customers. iPhone 6 Plus

The iPhone 6 Plus is a new model of Apple’s smartphone introduced alongside the iPhone 6. While being very similar to the iPhone 6, the iPhone 6 plus is presented with a bigger display and, for instance, a higher capacity battery, which was made possible due to the additional space in the phone.
